Our policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange. To be able to make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary. If you are shipping a product over $75, consider purchasing a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
